Health Tip of the Week - Want to lose weight? Eat Breakfast!

Don't skip breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast is a important step towards jump starting your metabolism to optimum efficiency. But beware. What you eat matters. Research has shown that eating a ready to eat or cooked cereal or a "quick bread" like waffles or french toast can significantly lower your BMI (body mass index).
