Health Tip of the Week - Healthy Digestion III

Irrigate that system! Drink plenty of fluids such as water, juice and milk. Proper fluid intake is needed to lubricate and hydrate your system, and helps to dissolve minerals, vitamin and other nutrients making them easier to absorb. Avoid carbonated drinks as they can impare your ability to digest proteins.
