Although chiropractic has an excellent safety record, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects. The risks associated with chiropractic, however, are very small. Many patients feel immediate relief following chiropractic treatment, but some may sometimes experience mild soreness or aching, just as they do after some forms of exercise.

jacksonville chiropractorAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01900588033535986087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4962133479286426778.post-42487255463879596352008-12-21T00:10:00.000-05:002008-12-21T00:10:00.000-05:00It kinda makes sense. Learning autogenic or combat breathing, as military and police elites do today, can help you control automatic arousal and keep your heart rate in the 115-145 area where you function best. This involves breathing in for four counts, holding it for four counts, breathing out for four counts and holding for four counts."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4962133479286426778.post-80082780869800553222008-11-02T22:05:00.000-05:002008-11-02T22:05:00.000-05:00From the small world files.
